"Courage for Safety" by Alan Sim - Woodside Energy Ltd.

As the creator of Courage for Safety it is great to see that it has crossed the World and is (hopefully) helping change some mindsets around safety. I noted the comments about "not for sale". Woodside issue this freely to all and any who ask and the comment regarding "not for sale" was intended to ensure no-one profitted from selling what was initially an inhouse production and that my employer (Woodside) was covered legally.  I did this to improve safety in Woodside and if in some small way other companies can benefit that is a double bonus.
